Our Firm

Lucas earned his J.D from California Western School of Law in San Diego, California. Upon completion of his J.D., Lucas focused his practice on business and cross-border litigation. After returning home to Las Vegas, Lucas utilized his litigation experience to start his solo practice which focused on preventive law in business and real estate transactions, including business entity formation and governance, mergers and acquisitions, business development, and brand management.  Having joined Schwartz Law, Lucas focuses his practice on real estate and business transactions, general corporate matters, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy, and restructuring.

Lucas is admitted to practice law in the States of Nevada and California, the United States District Courts for the Districts of Nevada and Central California, and the United States Court of Appeals to the Ninth Circuit.
