Schwartz Flansburg, PLLC is proud to offer a $2,500 scholarship to all local students interested in the legal field. Schwartz Flansburg strives to promote education and aims to support unique opportunities for Nevada students.
GPA of 3.5 or higher (High School or current College GPA).
Interest in a legal career.
Each applicant must submit either (i) a written statement of no more than 250 words, or (ii) a video recording of no more than three minutes, explaining the applicant’s merit for a scholarship. Submissions should be creative and may include the non-exhaustive elements of work history, real world experience, life challenges, and future plans in the legal profession.
The deadline for all applications is 5:00 PM PST, August 1, 2017. Late applications will not be considered.
Schwartz Flansburg will review the applications and select a recipient for the award based upon a totality of circumstances consideration. When selected, Schwartz Flansburg will notify the recipient. Schwartz Flansburg disburses all scholarship funds directly to the school or school related vendors (e.g. bookstore, campus boarding, campus dining, etc.).
