Our Firm

Bryan A. Lindsey’s practice covers a wide range of business and real estate transactions, including real estate and development, mergers and acquisitions, business entity formation and governance, commercial leasing, financing transactions and legal opinions.  Mr. Lindsey also represents clients in matters related to individual and corporate bankruptcies, restructurings, and commercial and real estate litigation.  Prior to practicing law, Mr. Lindsey worked in the internal accounting department of a Fortune 500 Company.

While in law school, Mr. Lindsey earned five CALI awards and served as a Nevada law editor for the Nevada Law Journal.  Mr. Lindsey holds a Juris Doctorate, magna cum laude, from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting, cum laude, from the University of Utah.  He is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Nevada and is a member of the American Bar Association, Clark County Bar Association and the State Bar of Nevada.
