We have substantial experience in all phases of real estate development, and experience representing buyers and sellers of real property through court authorized auctions. We also represent landlords and tenants in leasing transactions, including shopping centers, industrial and office buildings, restaurants and taverns, including leasing matters arising in bankruptcy cases.

In addition to being our founding attorney, Samuel Schwartz is also a licensed real estate broker and the owner of the brokerage firm Schwartz Realty.
