Cara T. Laursen, Esq.
Attorney
Ms. Laursen earned her Juris Doctor degree graduating magna cum laude from California Western School of Law in 2016. While in law school, she was on the Dean’s List and recipient of five Academic Excellence Awards, as well as the Academic Certification of Distinction. During her last semester of law school, Ms. Laursen served as an Extern for the Honorable Joanna S. Kishner.
Prior to joining Schwartz Law, Ms. Laursen’s practice focused on defending clients in litigation matters ranging from premises liability to complex tort, general casualty, commercial transportation, personal injury, product liability, and construction defect.
Ms. Laursen currently focuses her practice on commercial business and real estate transactions, corporate bankruptcies, restructurings, and commercial and real estate litigation.
