Michael L. Sturm has over 11 years of experience working as a paralegal on civil litigation and bankruptcy matters in state and federal district and appellate courts within the jurisdictions of Nevada, California, and Arizona. Mr. Sturm’s work primarily focuses on creditors’ rights (including collections and replevins) and the rights of third-party purchasers in homeowner association foreclosures. He also worked on personal injury, probate, and criminal matters. His knowledge of the rules of procedure and local court rules, extreme attention to detail, and ability to maximize his time are invaluable to the firm and its clients.
